How do you price services?

Every clean is priced individually depending on each person’s or business’s specific needs. We take into account surfaces in your home from ceiling to floor, the size of your home, and how frequently you will want cleaning services. Your quotes are based on information that you give us in our questionnaire, which you can find by clicking the Get A Quote button throughout the website. You are always welcome to add on a la carte services if desired, such as additional rooms or services.

do i need to be home for my clean?

You do not need to be home, but you are welcome to stay home for some or all of the duration of your clean. Our clients do both, and we are accustomed to both. Whatever is most comfortable to you is what we prefer. We do not hold house or business keys for insurance purposes. If you do not plan to be home for cleans, we suggest lock boxes for security.

will the same person clean every time?

Yes! We strive to provide a highly personalized service. Having the same two person team come into your home each time fosters a trust between client and housekeeper. It also helps the housekeepers become more efficient over time with your home or business.

what kind of tools do you use?

We provide all cleaners as well as tools for your clean. If you are someone with specific allergies or needs that require us to use your tools, we are happy to do so.

Our tools are of the highest quality, from vacuums to towels to sponges.

how long will my first clean take?

Depending on the size of your home and the level of service, an initial clean takes anywhere from three to eight hours. We are happy to work around your schedule, including schedules that involve at home meetings and children’s nap times.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We send an invoice to you the day before your clean with the due date set to the date of your clean. You can pay via all major credit/debit cards through a secure server. We also accept Lady To Lady Gift Cards and AfterPay.
