Maintenance Cleans

All rooms: Dust picture frames, knicknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, remove cobwebs. Dust baseboards. Wipe window glass and sills. Vacuum carpets. Mop all hard floors. Empty Trash Cans. Deodorize.

Kitchen: Clean small appliances inside and out (coffee makers, toaster, microwave, etc), clean stove top, clean fronts and handles of large appliances. Clean, scrub, and sanitize countertops, backsplashes, and sink(s). Wipe down cabinet fronts and fixtures. Clean floor. Empty trash cans. Deodorize.

Bathrooms: Clean, scrub, and sanitize showers, bathtubs, and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes, and toilets. Clean mirrors. Clean and polish fixtures. Mop floors and tile walls. Empty trash cans. Deodorize.

Linen change is offered at no additional cost. Leave a fresh set on the foot of the bed, and old linens are removed, new linens are put onto bed, and beds made.
