We are only able to accept those legally able to work in the United States for both legal reasons and tax reasons.

I am applying for a 1099 position. I understand that my tax withholdings are the job of myself, not Lady To Lady Clean.

You are paid weekly, taxes are not withheld, you are given a tax form at the end of the calendar year, and YOU are responsible for paying back what you owe for FICA, Federal, State, and any other personal tax burdens.

This means that you are again required to provide your own transportation to and from these places. You are compensated for driving between cleans during the work day itself.

I acknowledge this job is very physical in nature. I am able to lift up to 45lbs as needed, I am able to stand for long periods of time, I am able to schedule my own PAID breaks within the day to make sure that my hydration and nutrition needs are taken care of.

We do expect that our housekeepers are able to maintain good health as well as good hygiene as part of working with this company.

I acknowledge that I will be expected to keep the hours of M-F; 8am-2pm open and that these hours are planned to be booked, BUT I acknowledge that sometimes clients have to cancel, and there will be times when I run into this and will not hit my maximum number of hours per week.

This is not a daily occurrence, but clients get sick, just as housekeepers do. If the head of the company is given a cancellation without a 24 hour notice, it is unlikely that this spot can be filled.
